What is Internal Family Systems (IFS) ?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate and non-pathologising therapeutic approach that helps you explore and understand the different “parts” of yourself. Rather than trying to push difficult feelings away, IFS helps you build a supportive relationship with them so deeper healing and clarity can emerge.
What happens during a session?
Sessions are led at your pace. We begin by exploring what feels most present for you that day and gently work with the emotions, thoughts, or internal experiences that arise. The intention is to create a safe and supportive space where you can develop greater self-understanding and inner balance.
What preparation do i need to do for a session?
No preparation is needed. Many people simply arrive with whatever is present for them that day. If something specific has come up during the week that you’d like to explore, you’re welcome to bring that into the session.
How do i book a session?
You can book a session by getting in touch via email or through the contact form on the website. I will then share available times and next steps
How long does it take to see results?
The length of time it takes to see results from sessions will vary depending on the individual and the issues being addressed. Some clients may experience change after just a few sessions, while others may require longer-term therapy
