Who I work with
I work one-to-one with women using Internal Family Systems (IFS), supporting those who are moving through significant life transitions, chronic illness, psychosomatic symptoms, stress and burnout.
Often, the women I work with are highly capable, caring and responsible but underneath, they may feel exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected or unsure of who they are becoming.
Life transitions can stir something deeper. Old coping patterns resurface. The nervous system feels stretched. Physical symptoms may intensify. Parts of you that have held everything together for years begin to feel tired.
You may be navigating
You don’t need to be in crisis. Many of my clients are functioning well on the outside but internally, they know something feels misaligned, heavy or unresolved.
Through IFS, we gently explore the different parts of you that are carrying pressure, responsibility, fear, perfectionism, or pain so you can move forward with greater clarity, self-compassion and steadiness.
