The Full Story

About me

My path into this work is both professional and personal. I know how transformative it can be to feel truly heard and supported during life’s more uncertain seasons and that’s what inspired me to create a space where women can slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with themselves.

I’m a Level 3 qualified Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner. My work is rooted in the belief that every part of you makes sense. I support you to understand and process difficult emotions with compassion and curiosity. Alongside IFS, I integrate nervous system regulation, therapeutic goal setting, and modalities such as EFT and NLP to support deep, sustainable change.

I specialise in supporting women navigating life transitions, chronic illness, psychosomatic symptoms, stress and burnout. My approach is calm, patient and grounded, ensuring the work is paced, attuned and meaningful.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you arrive. We begin exactly where you are.

My personal journey

After decades of working in demanding professional roles in insurance and engineering, I reached senior management level.

Despite the outward success, I found myself battling poor health and a deep sense of unfulfillment. It was a pivotal moment, and I realised I needed to redefine what the next stage of my life could look and what path i wanted to take.

Finding my way back to health

During my 30's i was living with M.E./CFS. I struggled for 10 years, this was a profound challenge that reshaped my life in ways I never anticipated. When conventional medical avenues offered no solutions, I began a personal journey of healing.

Working with nutritionists, yoga teachers, holistic therapists, and mental health practitioners gave me valuable insights into how my lifestyle, mindset, and unresolved emotions were impacting my health. I also had to confront the grief and frustration of how illness had derailed the dreams I once held as a younger woman

Turning point

A transformative turning point came when I undertook a year-long Seasonal Yoga teacher training course. This experience deepened my understanding of the body’s responses to stress and ignited my curiosity about the scientific research into trauma and the mind-body connection.

This led me to explore Internal Family Systems (IFS), a profoundly transformative form of therapy. Through IFS, I was able to process the lingering emotional wounds of my illness, recover from the PTSD it caused, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and possibility.

Additionally, I worked with a London-based clinic specialising in Chronic Fatigue, M.E., and Burnout.

They offered a ground breaking training program that integrated therapy and coaching tools designed to meet the unique needs of each client. This comprehensive approach resonated deeply with me, as it aligned with my own belief in the power of tailored support.

New chapter

These experiences, combined with my own journey of navigating significant life transitions, inspired me to change direction entirely. I now specialise in helping women navigate the complexities of major life transitions, whether those are health challenges, career shifts, or personal transformations.

Using tools such as IFS, therapeutic coaching, EFT, NLP, hypnosis, and IFS yoga, I empower my clients to process their experiences, reconnect with their inner strength, and create a future that feels aligned and fulfilling.

Life's challenges can be a catalyst for profound growth, and I am passionate about helping women embrace this potential for transformation, offering them the support and tools they need to thrive not just for themselves, but for their families and communities as well.

Compassionate approach

Compassion forms the foundation of my therapeutic approach. Many of us struggle with being our own harshest critics, and my aim is to offer you a nurturing, non-judgmental space to reflect, grow, and work towards your goals

In our sessions, you will find a safe, confidential environment where we explore your challenges together. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs, equipping you with practical tools and strategies that you can draw upon not just now, but throughout your life.
